This patient came to see frustrated with the appearance of her abdomen both in and out of clothes. She wasn’t happy with the hanging skin and overall fullness of her abdomen as well as the areas of fullness in her lower back and flanks. She had a full abdominplasty with liposuction of her lower back and abdomen (360 degree body contouring) without using drains. This procedure was done at the same time as her hysterctomy.
