Tummy Tuck #32590

51 year old unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen after having had 3 children. She had laxity of the her lower abdominal skin that really bothered her and despite exercising regualry could not get her tummy as flat as she would have liked. On examination, she did not have large rectus diastasis but she did have noticeable lower abdominal wall laxity. She underwent a full tummy tuck with plication along with breast augmentation. I try to create a belly button scar that will allow patients to wear a bikini if they want to. In her case the little extra time it takes to do this paid off.
