40 year old bothered by excess fatty tiissue in her lower abdomen as well as the large fold of skin that hangs downover her pubic area. This makes it difficulr to wear certain kinds of clothes particularly pants with the shirt tucked in. She was also bothered by rashes under the skin fold. This is her 6 month result after undergoing an extended abdominoplasty without drains.
