37 yr pld patient with extreme skin laxity and skin excess after weight loss. She had laxity both vertically and horizontaly. In order to acheive maximal tightenting she underwent a fluer-de-lis abdominoplasty which excises skin both vertially (the up and down incision) as well as horizontally (the classic incision across her lower abdomen).
