33 year old with A-cup breasts wanting to be a proportionate full B or C cup. She has significant breast asymmetry with the left breast fold being higher then the right. This is a fairly commmon issue and will result in slightly more fullness superiorly on the left side after surgery. She had Natrelle full profile 295cc implants placed through an infra- mammary fold incision.
