37 year old wanting improved fullness in her breasts without looking fake as well as removal of her excess abdoinal skin and tightening of her abdominal muscles after having had children. She undewent a “mommy makeover” that consisted of breast augmentation with Natrelle moderate prfile 405 cc silicone gel implants and a full tummy tuck.
