Breast Augmentation #32615

This patient was seeking a rounded, full look in her upper pole but also wanted the implants to look prooprtinate to her body. She did not have very much native breast tissue which tends to lend itself to a more rounded look as do high profile implants. She underwent a partial sub-pectoral breast augmentation with Natrelle Ispira 450cc soft touch implants. Her initial cup size was a full A or low B cup depending the bra manufacturer. She ended up with D cup size breasts after her augmentation and was plesed with her result.
