Breast Revision #32726

This patient has a capsular contracture of her right breast implant causing the implant to be pushed higher than it should (high riding implant). In addition the implant looks very narrow due to the way the capsule is compressing it. The high riding implant also causes the lower half of her breast to look like it is hanging off the implant. This is know as a waterfall deformity. Her capsule was revomed allowing the implant to drop down into the appropiate position and her implants were replaced with only slightly larger ones of similar profile.
