47 year old patient  6 months after undergoing a full abdominoplasty with liposuctin o fher flanks and lower back. Her goal weas to remove the lose skin tighten her abdomen and to improve the contours of her waist and back. Ideally, she wanted to wear a bikini if possble. No drains were used in her case.
