Breast Augmentation with Lift #32592

36 year old woman after massive weight loss wanting breasts lifted and more overall fullness. She wanted be full D or low DD with as much upper pole fullness as she could achieve without looking too fake. She underwent wise pattern mastopexies with placment of Natrelle SSF implants, a 560cc implant on the right and a 605cc implant on the left. at the time of her augmentation mastopexy procedure she also underwent a fluer-de-lis abdominoplasty. Brachioplasty and lateral chest wall skin excision were performed 6 months after these procedures.
