58 year old female desiring more fullness and firmness in her breasts. She felt her breasts were droppy but on exam she had minimal droopiness; therefore, she did not need a lift. Based on the measurements of her breasts and her desired look (natural) we chose 405cc moderate profile implants for her augmentation. This size implant with her pre-exhisting breast volume resulted in a D cup breast size for her.
