Breast Revision #32731

This patient had undergone breast augmentation with a doughnut mastopexy several years before. Her implants are too high due to capsular contracture, her areola have widened ( this is a common issue with doughnot mastopexies ) and the lower portion of her breasts is hanging off the implant due to droopiness caused by pregnancies after her augmentation as well as the capsular contracture. She had her capsules removed along with her implants. New high profile silicone implants of simialr size were placed and she underwent a circumvertical ( lollipop ) lift with a small incision along her breast fold.
