Breast Revision #32724

This patient has severe stretching ( bottoming out ) of the lower pole of her breasts due the weight of her implants and changes in her breast tissue over time. Her previous augmentation included a circumvertical breast lift as well. Correction required conversion to a wise pattern ( anchor or inverted T breast lift ) to remove and tighten her redundant/lax breast tissue and skin along with replacement of her implants with high profile silicone implants.
