This patient underwent breast augmentation 17 years before with high profile 240cc saline implants. Her goal was to improve the overall fullness of her breasts, particularly in the upper aspect without going too much bigger in size and without looking “fake”. She also was unhappy with the watery feel on=f her implants. She had herimlants replace with moderate prfile soft touch 345 cc silicone implants. Her breast felt much more natural and she got the addedfullness she was looking for without being too big.
